How to Translate CTQs into Practical Study-Level Risks
Identifying CTQs is only useful if they can be translated into study-level risks, controls, and oversight activities.
This follow-up actON session takes a more practical view of how teams can move from CTQs to risk statements, mitigation actions, KRIs, QTLs, and monitoring priorities. The focus will be on turning quality priorities into operational decisions that teams can apply during study planning and execution.
