Selecting and creating Key Risk Indicators (including Quality Tolerance Limits and Acceptable Ranges) can be challenging. The KRIs used and their exact definitions and thresholds significantly impact their effectiveness. At this workshop, we'll explore some emerging best practices in this area and see how Cyntegrity's MyRBQM Portal can be used to achieve an effective system that is fundamental to centralized monitoring.
