VIO System - Centralized measuring system with the additional something
Analogue measuring systems can be classified into two groups:1) decentralized measuring systems, such as those from CSM. These can be positioned in tight spaces and operated under demanding environmental conditions; and 2) centralized measuring systems. While these are less robust and larger in comparison, they provide a higher number of measuring inputs at often lower costs per channel.
The new VIO System is such a centralized measuring system. Thanks to its measuring card-based design, the measuring system can easily be scaled. Integrating network interface cards allows to extend the measurement task from pure acquisition of analog measurement values to bus monitoring and adjustment.
