Description

As digitalization and networking in the automotive sector progresses, the risk of cyberattacks is growing. This has led to increased demands for the cybersecurity of vehicle electrical and electronic (E/E) systems. As an audit provider, TÜV NORD now offers audits for the new ENX Vehicle Cyber Security (VCS) scheme.

The Vehicle Cybersecurity (VCS) program, initiated by the ENX Association, aims to establish a comprehensive audit standard for automotive suppliers involved in ensuring the cybersecurity of road vehicles. ENX has already implemented a cross-company testing and exchange procedure for information security in the automotive industry through TISAX®. The new VCS program also utilizes the established ENX processes and frameworks.

ENX VCS adheres to international standards and specifications such as ISO/SAE 21434, ISO/PAS 5112, and targets the fulfillment of the UNECE regulation (UN R 155). The UN R 155 regulation mandates that all car manufacturers provide evidence of successful testing of their cybersecurity management system (CSMS).

Our two-hour webinar session, with the participation of the ENX Association, is aimed at automotive suppliers and other stakeholders affected by cybersecurity requirements within the supply chain. During the session, we will explain how ENX VCS helps to obtain the required evidence.

Webinar Agenda:

1. Landscape of automotive cybersecurity
2. Introduction of ENX VCS audit program
3. TÜV NORD audit approach for VCS
4. Q&A session
