In his current role - Director, Process Excellence & Oversight in Global Clinical Development Operations at BioNTech - he leads risk governance, serves as business process owner for RBQM procedures, and develops training and standardized tools to support consistent execution across study teams and partners. He is also advancing practical, compliant AI-enabled approaches to streamline clinical oversight workflows.
