What you can expect

Stop-Block-Turn systems combine several functions in one modular solution. But what exactly makes an SBT system more than just a brake? Which variants are available, how can the individual functions be combined, and what needs to be considered when specifying and designing a system?

These and many other questions are at the centre of our interactive webinar. Together with Klaus Buschulte, our presenter, and our moderator René Edelbusch, we will take a closer look at the modular SBT system, its system technology and its diverse applications. We will explain how the functions Stop, Block and Turn work together, provide insights into the power unit and switch cabinet, and highlight important aspects of implementation, specification and design.

Agenda

1. SBT – The Modular System

    Stop (= braking of drivetrain)

Block (= mechanical blocking of drivetrain)

Turn (= slow rotation of drivetrain)

    Combinability of functions and accessories

2. Systems integration: Power unit, switch cabinet and their implementation

3. Specification and design of SBT systems

4. Technical documentation and KTR’s answer: KTR-IDENT

We invite you to actively participate in our interactive webinar: ask your questions, share your experiences and discover how SBT systems can provide more than braking alone, with modular functions for a wide range of applications.
